Seattle Met Magazine celebrated some of Seattle’s most innovative foodie minds at Next Hot Chefs 2015. All five honored chefs joined 150 guests on the 40th floor of Premiere on Pine for an intimate evening full of culinary craftsmanship, hot chowder samples from Fishpeople Seafood, ice cold Crispin Hard Ciders, delicious cocktails made with Woodford Reserve, Tequila Herradura, and Gentleman Jack, samples from Sweet Sensei Cafe, and sparkling probiotic sips from KeVita. Music, the Seattle Met photo booth, and custom caricature drawings from artist Lou Medina kept guests busy in between bites. All raffle ticket sales benefited RAYS (Renton Area Youth Services), an organization that provides support to youth and families in Renton and Skyway.
